I first became interested in photographing people when my husband and I had our first child. After our son was born, I realized just how quickly infants/children grow. He outgrew his newborn clothes within a week. His face changed daily, the looks changed, hands grew, feet grew. Everyday there was something new I wanted to cherish. The only way I knew how to make sure I could hold onto these memories was through photography. Now, not only do I get to capture moments we share with our children, but I also get to capture other families' precious kids.
Although I do many types of sessions, photographing a family always makes my heart so full. This session was done in my client's backyard. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to make it out of the house with young children. Or sometimes you want a photo session to take place somewhere meaningful. There is no place like home and sometimes that is the best place to capture a family.
How precious are these children!?
And the love that started it all...
A family together
